TBC accepts new students

COOKEVILLE—Tennessee Bible College of Cookeville has accepted new students to begin studies for the fall quarter. Among them are Andrea Beason of Monroe and Joshua Brown of Bowling Green, Ky.
Beason, daughter of Darrell and Donna Beason of Monroe, is a 2007 graduate of Pickett County High School and plans to become a teacher. Beason comes to TBC as a recipient of the Moral Excellence Scholarship, which is offered each year to students in the Upper Cumberland area.
Brown, son of Michael and Brenda Brown of Bowling Green, is a 2001 graduate of Greenwood High School in Bowling Green. He is working toward a preaching diploma at TBC.
TBC also has enrolled new students in its distance learning program. They include Juan Huffman of Houston, Texas; David Boyd of South Carolina; Daniel Haynes of Brownwood, Texas; Thomas Harrelson of McLeansville, N.C.; and Robert Jones of Nashville. Margaret McDonald of Livingston is auditing courses this quarter.
Tennessee Bible College, located at 1616 McCulley Road in Cookeville, was established in 1975 and is authorized by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission to award the bachelor's degree in religious education, master's and doctorate degrees in theology and a two-year preaching diploma. Distance learning and refresher courses are also offered, as well as a free Bible correspondence course.
