TBC releases winter quarter president's and dean's lists

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee Bible College in Cookeville has released its president's and dean's lists for the 2009 winter quarter.

On the president's list are David Millican, formerly of Reno, Nev. and Gillette, Wy.; Joshua Brown of Bowling Green, Ky.; and Midea Liao of Wuhan, China. To be named to this list, a full-time student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average for the quarter.

Millican, son of Jean Millican of Reno and the late David Millican, is a 1997 graduate of Campbell County High School in Gillette. He and his wife, Emily, now reside in Cookeville.

Brown, son of Michael and Brenda Brown of Bowling Green, is a 2001 graduate of Greenwood High School in Kentucky.

Liao is the daughter of Guanghao Liao and Qunxiang Deng of China. She is a 2001 high school graduate, as well as a 2005 graduate of South-Central University for Nationalities in Wuhan, China, where she majored in English and literature, and also from Zhangnan University of Law and Economics, where she minored in accounting.

The TBC dean's list includes Shawn McCormack of Bowling Green, Ky., and Helen Wang of Wuhan, China.

McCormack, son of Steve and Gail McCormack of Bowling Green, is a 2001 graduate of Warren Central High School in Kentucky.

Wang is the daughter of Jinxi Wang and Xian Zhangbing of Ezhou City, China. She graduated from Wuhan Institute College in China in 2004.

Tennessee Bible College is located at 1616 McCulley Road in Cookeville and offers a bachelor's degree in religious education, master's and doctorate degrees in theology and a two-year preaching diploma. Distance Learning is also available. Beginning in September, tuition is free for qualified on-campus students.
