If we were to assume God’s Bible does not apply to non-Christians, we would conclude that all people are saved. We could then presume that anyone alive would go to Heaven when they die. Additionally, if this were the case we would say strongly that Hussein, Ben Laden and any master of terrorism are on the way to God’s Paradise. Is all this true? Are all people spiritually safe? The only way this could be true is if the Bible only applies to Christians. If the law of faith does not call all people to repentance, then it contradicts itself for it so states,

“The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked; but now he commandeth men that they should all everywhere repent: inasmuch as he hath appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.” (Acts 17:30-31)

Repent is defined as a change of mind, which in turn results in a change in behavior. God is not pleased with people whose lives constantly transgress His Bible. Here an additional verse is to be added.

“The grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world.” (Titus 2:11-12)

Grace is the educator of righteousness. It appears to everyone but not everyone accepts it. When an individual hears God’s gospel, it is anticipated they will acquire the faith that changes the way they view God and conduct their lives. With the technology we have, it is entirely possible to reach around the globe with the Gospel twice over. Bibles are everyone, even in North Korea though they be illegal. I will never forget the missionary who came to our congregation telling how the South Koreans would send a message, carried by helium balloons over the DMZ to the North.
If all people in every place are not amenable to the law of faith, there would be no point in evangelism. We come to conclude then that all people are held responsible to become Christians and anyone who does not yield to the Bible’s style of grace are held accountable to being judged by God. We proclaim the Gospel to a lost world because the Bible defines the world as just that, lost in sin.

“And he said unto them, ‘Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieveth shall be condemned.’” (Mark 16:15-16)

How much does it concern us that the neighbor next door is an unbeliever? Unless our friends come to know the Lord, they will die unsaved. Jesus said,

I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for except ye believe that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” (John 8:24)

Let’s go and make disciples of Christ.
