The Word of God is powerful, complete, and timeless, offering everything needed for life and spiritual growth. Delivered once to the saints, it equips believers for every good work. Despite this, many still seek something beyond its teachings, though God’s Word remains eternal and unchanging. Its truth is as relevant today as ever and will continue to be, transcending time. Given by God and set in eternity, the truth never fades. “Buy the truth, and sell it not” (Proverbs 23:23).

David Hill: The Word of God is an honored contender. David Hill. I need a minute. Yes, it’s battle- ready (Ephesians 6:13-19). An honored contender (Jude 3), once and for all times delivered to the saints, that one may be complete, thoroughly furnished under every good work. All that we need, He freely supplies through His Word (II Timothy 3:15-17). All things pertaining to life and godliness are found in the Holy Scriptures (II Peter 1:3). Why do men, women, boys, and girls seek more or look for something else? God’s Word is timeless in message and value, complete in every way, and endures to the end (Matthew 24:35). Does it apply today? Yes, as much as ever, and will long after we’re gone. It’s given by Almighty God, set in eternity. The truth never changes or has no end. It’s the truth. Want the sure thing? Buy the truth and sell it not (Proverbs 23:23). That’s the gospel. Thank you for listening to One Gospel Minute.
