The Start of a New Chapter
In 2025, Tennessee Bible College officially launched its Alumni Association, marking a milestone moment in the College’s history. This new initiative was born out of a growing desire among graduates to maintain strong bonds of fellowship and service long after graduation. The association is more than just a social connection—it is a collective of faithful Christians united in love for the truth of the gospel and a commitment to carrying forward the College’s mission of training preachers and Christian workers.
A Shared Mission
The Alumni Association provides a way for former students to remain connected and purposeful in their work. Monthly meetings are creating opportunities for alumni to pray together, share ideas, and partner in outreach. Already, members are stepping into roles that strengthen congregations across the brotherhood: from helping in gospel meetings, to mentoring young leaders, to recruiting new students, and fundraising for the College.
One meaningful moment came this summer at Truth Bible Camp. On the final night, alumni gathered to support the young men leading worship—a powerful display of encouragement and mentorship. Their presence reminded everyone of the legacy of biblical training at TBC and the importance of preparing the next generation of church leaders.
The Clock: A Lasting Tribute
Among the association’s first acts was a gift that beautifully symbolizes its spirit of gratitude and honor. The group presented a handcrafted clock to the College faculty in recognition of TBC’s 50 years of service. This one-of-a-kind timepiece was created by Jim Sanders, vice president of the Alumni Association and a skilled artisan.
The clock features images of respected instructors, past and present, who have faithfully shaped lives through their devotion to God’s Word. More than an ornament, it is a living tribute—a reminder of the lasting impact teachers have had on countless students who now serve in pulpits, classrooms, and communities across the world.
Looking Ahead
The formation of the TBC Alumni Association is just the beginning. Plans are already underway for expanded involvement in College events, outreach opportunities in local congregations, and long-term projects aimed at strengthening the work of the church. Alumni are warmly invited to connect with the association and join in this shared mission of carrying the gospel forward together.
