The Cure for Division

Did you know that God wants all Christians to be united? Jesus Himself prayed for that unity in John 17:20-21. The Bible speaks clearly against division among believers (1 Corinthians 1:10-12) and urges us to strive for unity in Christ (Ephesians 4:3-6). That kind of oneness isn’t just a dream—it’s possible when we follow the Bible alone (Galatians 1:6-9).

So here’s the big question: Are you working toward the unity that God desires for all His people?

This episode is a special throwback featuring the voice of One Gospel Minute’s original radio host and the founder of Tennessee Bible College, Malcolm Hill. Though first shared years ago, his powerful message on Christian unity still speaks clearly to the challenges we face today. Brother Hill’s words continue to uplift, convict, and call us back to the timeless truths of God’s Word.

Malcolm Hill: You know the Lord wants unity of Christians? Jesus prayed for unity in John 17:20-21. Now religious division is condemned in the Bible (I Corinthians 1:10-12). We are to strive—listen to it—we are to strive to have unity in Christ (Ephesians 4:3). Oneness in Christ can be seen in Ephesians 4:4-6. Read that passage carefully and prayerfully, and let it sink deeply into your heart.

Now, if we follow the Bible only—now notice I said_ if we_ follow the Bible only—we will be one in Christ. Read Galatians 1:6-9. Are you striving for unity of all believers as the Bible teaches in Christ?
