A New Blog Series Celebrating 50 Years of Tennessee Bible College

For the past five decades, Tennessee Bible College has stood as a steadfast institution, equipping students with biblical knowledge, doctrinal integrity, and a deep commitment to the Lord’s Church. But the true measure of TBC’s impact is best seen in the lives of its alumni—those who have carried its mission forward in their ministries, congregations, and personal faith journeys.

In this new blog series, Voices of TBC: Alumni Stories of Faith and Service, graduates share their experiences at TBC and how the college has shaped their faith, their preaching, and their service in the kingdom.

To begin this series, we hear from Jordan Danner, a 2014 graduate, whose time at TBC not only strengthened his ability to defend the truth but also provided him with enduring mentorship and support in his ministry. Read on as Jordan reflects on the lasting influence of TBC on his life and work as a Gospel preacher.

Tennessee Bible College is more than just an academic institution for me – it is an institution dedicated to spiritual growth, deep biblical study, and lasting mentorship. As both a student and preacher, I have experienced firsthand the profound impact of TBC’s unwavering commitment to doctrine and apologetics, remaining true to its logo and crest.

Through rigorous instruction, TBC has strengthened my understanding of biblical truth, helping me to defend the faith with clarity and confidence. Moreover, because every portion of instruction I received there was emphatic about sound, doctrinal preaching and teaching, my time at TBC has enabled me to preach and teach with conviction and accuracy.

Beyond the classroom, the dedicated faculty and staff have continued to mentor and support me, offering guidance that extends far beyond graduation. This is part of what sets TBC apart from other institutions. TBC is committed not only to its students but to the Church as a whole. The leadership, faculty, and staff are dedicated and consistent in providing resources and encouragement to its alumni, which, in turn, strengthens congregations not only in Middle Tennessee but across the entire world. TBC’s dedication to spreading biblical truth and supporting those who teach it has had a lasting impact on my life as a Gospel preacher.

For anyone seeking a place to grow in knowledge, faith, ability, and ministry, Tennessee Bible College stands as a beacon of sound biblical education and unwavering support. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to be associated with the school for the past 15 years and for the role it has played in shaping not only my service to the Lord’s Church but my life as a whole. My experiences at TBC have genuinely been the best experiences I’ve ever had.
