This powerful message on TBC’s rich history and living out our faith was part of TBC’s RENEW program, held on February 22-23. Brother Ramsey shares insight on Christ’s Great Commission and the preacher’s role in sowing the seed and trusting God to give the increase. David Hill: Next week on My God and My Neighbor, we’ve got a very special episode for you to listen to. Brother Glenn Ramsey, one of our longest tenured educators, delivers a very powerful message.

Glenn Ramsey: When the Lord gave the commission to, “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, he that believes and is baptized will be saved, he that believes not will be condemned,” (Mark 16:15).

He was loosing the gospel message to the vessels that we now occupy. The gospel preacher’s work is to preach the gospel. He sows the seed, he waters it when he can, and it is God who gives the increase. We try to persuade men to put themselves in positions where they can receive those spiritual blessings.

That’s what we try to do as we preach the gospel, as we teach the gospel, and not only as we preach the gospel, but as we live the gospel.

David Hill: So listen in next week on My God and My Neighbor to hear this powerful message from Brother Ramsey. Thank you for listening to One Gospel Minute. Stay in touch with our podcast on our website and on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, or wherever fine podcasts are distributed.
