David Hill: Suppose I told you of a unique, marvelous being, completely self-contained and self-controlled, regulates the operation of its body. Hot, cold, manages fluids as needed, can put on or take off as needed to maintain normal. Think you’d be interested? What if I told you it could diagnosed its own problems, even repair them on its own. When receiving an external injury, it could heal itself. You’d say, “Where is this thing? I’d like to see it.” But there’s more. This thing is highly intelligent. Thinks for itself, operates independently, solves problems, can design and build great machines. Interested? Question? How would such a thing come about? By chance or design? Want to see this marvelous creature?

Look in the mirror. It’s you! You’re fearfully and wonderfully made by the marvelous work of a divine creator deserving our praise (Psalm 139). Have you praised your maker lately? We praise Him by following His word, the Bible. That’s good news – the gospel! Thank you for listening to One Gospel Minute.
